Our Premier chair is so relaxing after a long day. It makes my back pain dissolve. I use it on a daily basis. What we like most are the various massage modes available. The ability of the chair to the adjust to the height of each user. We mainly use the automatic features but sometimes like to focus on a specific section of the back. My wife likes to work the shoulders while I focus on the low back. This chair works deeper into the muscles than the competitor models we tried (Panasonic Real Pro). What first interested us in your PHP2026 is that you compared it directly to competitors top of the line chairs. However, none of the competitors compared their chairs to the Premier PHP2026 Shipping was fast and the sales people were very helpful.

What we like most is the different choices in sequencing the massage types on the Premier PHP2023. The features are good and the salesman convinced me that it was a good alternative to the PHP2026. I also trusted your claim of a very humanlike massage, and you were correct. Shipping was fast and efficient and delivered when stated. Delivery men were very polite and extremely helpful and considerate. I spoke to several different salesmen. All were knowledgeable and helpful.

Returned Chair - I have to tell you I had to send it back because I have a degenerative Spine disease that was aggravated by the chair. I am taking the time to write because your customer service was outstanding. They extended the warranty to let me "get used to" the chair, gave me special instructions, communicated fully, and then when all else failed, handled the return of my chair with total professionalism. Bravo I actually tried Panasonic at a Brookstone, and there was no comparison. Functionally and from a decor point of view, your chair won hands down... and I did my research! I am so sad that my health is so bad that even your chair could not help me, but I have recommended it to many friends . Thanks for a great job all around.
